Mira’s Movement has several projects underway that require financial support:

• Creation of a support system for caregivers of newly diagnosed children
• Raising awareness of pediatric cancer issues through high-impact, high-visibility projects
• Projects to support kids emotionally and physically as they fight cancer, and pediatric cancer families that have lost their child
• Advocacy work, which includes:
  • organizing Mira's Movement members to act on legislative issues
  • attending events to encourage private donations to pediatric cancer research
  • meeting with federal lawmakers to pass important legislation and increase funding for pediatric cancer research
